We understand that people want to stay in their own home for many reasons and what we believe is we should be able to tailor a support package around the individual.  Whether this is some of the domestic duties which have just got a bit much or whether it is a greater level of assistance with all tasks.

Often our staff appreciate that they offer companionship, a friendly face that attends once a week, or once a day or even a few times during the day we want to ensure that the client is happy with their puposely designed care package. We can provide Respite services allowing existing carers to take a break.

Domiciliary services can also include live in support where individuals require 24 hour support whether on a temporary basis for periods where the client has maybe been discharged from hospital or where a condition requires assistance around the clock.

Assisted living
  • Personal care and Support to complete activities of daily living.
  • Housekeeping services (Laundry, cleaning, Ironing).
  • Shopping and pension collection.
  • Accompanying to appointments and social events.
  • Enabling: Maintenance of independence as much as possible.
  • Comfort in situations of end-of-life care and ensure dignified death.
  • Ensure safety following robust risk assessments.

Job working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
( Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with half an hour break) Flexible hours will be considered. Working remotely and occasionally on-site.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities:
   •   Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
   •   Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
   •   Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
   •   Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
   •   Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management
   •   Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment
   •   Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
   •   Handle confidential information with discretion
   •   Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
   •   Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
   •   High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree preferred)
   •   Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role in the UK
   •   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
   •   Strong organizational and time management skills
   •   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
   •   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
   •   Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
   •   Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
UK Experience.
   •   Experience with office management systems and procedures
   •   Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
   •   Knowledge of customer service best practices
